Starting in January Milwaukee Boat Line will seeking qualified applicants for the 2010 season. Inquiries should be sent to crew@mkeboat.com. Bartender

As an added amenity to our guests, all vessels have provided beverage service. Experienced bartenders are wanted for daily tours and special event charters.

Bartenders must have experience setting up and running bar. Foreign languages skills a plus but not required.

Due to USCG regulations, bartenders must be United States Citizen.

Deckhand

Deckhands are an integral part of the safe operation of all vessels. They are charged with supporting the captain and ensuring the necessary comforts of guests.

This includes, but is not limited to, securing, maintaining and cleaning the vessel. Deckhands should at all times present a professional and positive image for the company. The deckhand should be visible at all times and interact with the passengers on a regular basis in order to provide quality customer service.

Long days may be required during peak season. This is a very active job that requires Deckhands to be on their feet most of the time with the ability to: lift 25 lbs, getting on & off the vessels, climbing over barriers 4' high.

Due to USCG regulations, Deckhands must be United States Citizen. Some crew positions may require a TSA TWIC Card.

Captain

The Captain shall have the sole responsibility for insuring the safety and security of the vessel, the passengers and the crew at all times. They shall be licensed by the United States Coast Guard to operate the vessel and insure that all rules and regulations are followed as set forth for each vessel they are assigned to operate.

The Captain will also assume responsibility for seeing that the vessel and its crew are ready to accept passengers and provide the tour and associated activities in a professional and timely manner.

Due to USCG regulations, must be a United States Citizen and have, or are in the process of obtaining a TSA TWIC Card.
