Thanks for purchasing Milwaukee Boat Line's Groupon Daily Deal! Your Groupon is valid for any 2011 Signtseeing or Happy Hour Cruise.
There are 3 ways your can exchange your Groupon for a cruise ticket:
(1) Make an online reservation. This is the safe bet. It'll cost you $.50 per ticket, but you're tickets are guaranteed and you'll avoid any long lines!
(2) Walk up the day of the cruise. We ask that you check-in to our dockside ticket booth and present your Groupon at least 20 minutes before the cruise departs. Keep in mind, tickets are available first-come, first-served. Show up 30 minutes before the cruise on a Monday and you'll be in good shape. Show up 10 minutes before the cruise on a Saturday, and your odds of getting a ticket will drop substantially.
(3) For groups of 10 or more call 414.294.940. Our sales office is open monday-friday, 9am to 5pm. Sorry, but we are unable to accept indiviudal reservations over the phone.
Notes: Groupon does not charge sales tax, but the State of Wisconsin says we must, thus we'll need $.52 whether you reserve your ticket online or walk-up.
Online Reservation Instructions:
(1) Select any Sightseeing or Happy Hour Cruise and click "Buy Tickets Online"
(2) In the "Promo Code" box enter your promotional code (lower right-hand corner of your Groupon),click the "Get Promo Code" button;
(3) Next to the Groupon ticket box enter 1, then click "Continue", then simply follow the regular ticketing to instructions to complete your reservation.
